Buying in our online store is very simple: you just have to choose an item, add it to the basket and process the order, using the payment method you prefer: credit card or PayPal.

Our online store offers a wide selection of items that can be sent to the entire Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
We also ship to the USA, Canada, Mexico and other countries in South America.

The products offered in this service are aimed at end consumers under the terms and conditions provided for by the Retail Trade Law.


The products purchased through the website will be sent to the name and delivery address that the user indicates once payment has been verified, with the maximum delivery time for the peninsula being five working days from receipt of payment by card, provided that the selected item is available.

The MARIANDRADA delivery service will not serve orders at PO Boxes or at hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

MARIANDRADA will not charge shipping costs to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands for orders over €150.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders, and they will not be considered working days for shipping purposes.


What should I do to give the item back?

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition and with the original label.

You will have to send or return it personally to the following address:

MARIANDRADA offers you the possibility of collecting the order at your home (only in the Peninsula) at no cost and for the cost of €8.95 in the Balearic Islands. Rest of locations consult.

YesIf you return your order through the post office or another company, the cost will be the corresponding one, for which MARIANDRADA is not responsible.

In no case do we accept returns sent by cash on delivery mail, since before paying for the return, we must check the good condition of the product, and the post office does not allow the delivery of cash on delivery packages if it has not been previously paid.

Can I return all items?

All garments from our collections can be returned as long as they have not been worn, arrive to us in perfect condition with the original labeling and within the established return period.

Exchanges or returns of custom-made or altered garments are not permitted.

Garments purchased at the OUTLET do not accept returns. They only allow changes in size or color.

Garments purchased on SALES do not accept returns. They only allow changes in size or color.

What is the deadline to make a return?

You have 7 days to inform us via email or phone of your intention to return the order. Once communicated, you have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from its arrival until we receive it. Once received and verified that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount of the garment within a maximum period of 7 days.

If you do not comply with the 7-day period for communicating the return, MARIANDRADA will issue you a voucher for the amount of the garment and if we receive the return outside the 30-day period MARIANDRADA reserves the right to not accept the refund.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Yes, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer for both national and international orders.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved and the quality control has passed, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. In the refund we will deduct the amount of the collection if you have requested it with us.

When will I receive my refund?

The money will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 business days.

MARIANDRADA reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
